PERM AND FIXATION LOTIONS: 4. Apply Perm Lotion: Use perm lotion 1 on the mid-section of your lashes. Apply for 12-15 minutes, depending on lash thickness. 5. Fix Lashes: Apply fix lotion 2 to the mid-section of your lashes. Cover with cling film and leave for 10-12 minutes.
